The National Network of Equitable Library Service (NNELS) is an online service providing access to alternate format materials primarily for Canadians with print disabilities. A portion of the site's content is made available only to eligible users under a copyright exemption provided by the Canadian Copyright Act (Section 32).

Users shall use NNELS content for personal, non-commercial use, and they may only copy, transfer and burn the content for such use. Extended use is strongly discouraged. Content shall not be modified, copied, distributed, repackaged, transmitted, sold, or otherwise used in a manner inconsistent with the rights of copyright owners.
